师进生,男,1972年1月生,博士,教授,山东省优秀研究生导师,青岛教学名师

2004年8月-至今,青岛农业大学,教授

1999年8月-2004年7月,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所无机化学专业,获博士学位

1993年8月-1997年6月,内蒙古师范大学化学教育专业,获学士学位

科研与工作业绩:

在教学上主要从事创新思维教育和实践,先后做了多场《思考的艺术》、《预见孩子的未来》和《创新的思想,创新的教育》的报告。科研上组建了青岛农业大学金沙集团1862cc光电仿生复合材料团队,长期致力于交叉学科的科技创新。目前形成了3个主要方向:凝胶化学,仿生材料和生物技术,发表SCI收录论文90余篇,授权专利18项。获得省级以上科研奖励3项。在学生培养上目前共毕业了10名研究生,攻读博士7人,人均发表第一作者SCI收录文章6.92篇,其中6人出国读博士,1人在哈工大读博士,其余3人工作,均在1年半内实现了年薪10万的目标。
